 Juice Cleansing

  • No, cause we left those in! Cleansing should feel like you are NOURISHING your body, not depriving it. Feeling satisfied leads to better results. Feel free to leave in your morning coffee as well.

  • Don’t wait to have your next drink. If you are still hungry, grab some healthy fats. Half an avocado or a spoonful of nut butter is great.

  • Your body will be flooded with nutrients, your digestive system will be at rest, and your body has the opportunity to cleanse + detox. An opportunity to ingest healthy nutrients and reset your palette and cravings. Experience increased mental clarity, glowing skin, improved digestion and an overall heightened level of energy.

  • Consume a fibre-rich, plant based meal the night before, hydrate, and limit refined carbohydrates, sugar, and alcohol. Our top suggestion for you meal the night before is the Rainbow Nourish Bowl.

  • Absolutely! They freeze great - just be sure to take out an oz of juice so it has room to expand.

  • Absolutely! You’ll get a cleanse booklet full of tips, when to drink your juices, what order and so much more.

 
 

Pickup + Delivery

  • Monday + Thursday from 2pm - 5pm, or anytime the next day if you can’t make it. Order cut off is midnight the day before for pre-orders.

  • We are located at 1981 Wilfert Rd in Nanaimo B.C.

  • We try our best to get orders out as fast as possible!

    • Nanaimo to North Island deliveries - Monday + Thursday between 3pm - 5pm

    • Ladysmith - Victoria deliveries - Tuesday + Friday between 9am - 7pm

    • Orders must be placed 48 hours prior for guaranteed production.

      If you will not be home, leave a cooler and ice pack on your stoop. Juices will be delivered if you aren’t home and we are not responsible for products being left out. For more information on delivery details, visit this page here.

  • We do not deliver our juices or food outside of Vancvouer Island.
